European market leader in online pet shops
After years of investments, including the recently opened logistics centre in Poland to offer better service to Central and Eastern Europe, Zooplus became the largest European online pet shop. The good numbers and progress also show their effects on the stock market, because the share of the company has soared in the past months to 42 euro per share (+63%).
Zooplus promises it will keep growing in the years to come. It will not only depend on animal food for this, but also heathcare products and luxury items, which do not seem to be affected by the crisis, even in pet shops.
