Last financial year, customers in Belgium returned 12,300 items of used furniture via the chain’s Buyback Service, a growth of 72 % compared to the year before. That growth is still accelerating: in the current financial year, they have already returned 11,600 products. The most returned products are storage furniture (for children), desks and chairs.
